Wear standard workout clothes, and bring a clean towel and a water bottle. We will provide you with FREE wraps when you arrive (if you don’t know what wraps are, our trainers will explain this when you arrive).
It’s always good to get to the class 5-10 minutes early. You’ll be greeted by one of our friendly trainers, who will be able to answer any questions you might have. From there you can change and get ready, and join the class.
Boxing classes can be quite intense, however, our classes are developed for all levels of experience, from first timers to professionals. Don’t expect the class to be a walk in the park, but go at your own pace too. Remember, we’re here to get fit and have fun!
Each class goes for 40 minutes.
